Clifford Chance advises Tishman Speyer on the sale of an office property in Düsseldorf

The international law firm Clifford Chance advised a company belonging to the Tishman Speyer property development and investment group on the sale of an office property in Düsseldorf. The sale took the form of a share deal. The purchaser is a property fund of the Dutch VastNed Group.

The building at Hans-Böckler-Strasse 36 is in Düsseldorf's business district between the city centre and the conference centre. It has a total floor space of 7,400 m² and offers over 120 underground parking spaces. The current lessee of the building is the insurer Victoria Versicherung.
