Clifford Chance advises bank syndicate on bond issue by Siemens

The international law firm Clifford Chance advised a bank syndicate led by Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs on a bond issue by Siemens. The fixed rate bonds in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 3.4 billion were issued in three tranches with terms of three and a half, six and ten years.
All of the bonds were issued by Siemens Financierings-maatschappij N.V. and are guaranteed by Siemens AG.
