Clifford Chance is one of the world's leading law firms. As our clients and their interests have become more global, we have responded by building a truly global law firm – perhaps the first of its kind – with a strong presence in every major financial centre across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. For the third year running we have more tier-one international practices than any other firm, according to Chambers Global 2011.

With 33 offices in 22 countries and six global practice areas, Clifford Chance continues to evolve and expand as new markets emerge. Through this platform we are able to provide clients all over the world with sector-leading knowledge and commercial insight combined with local expertise and execution.

We recently opened offices in Perth and Sydney, Doha and Istanbul. We are also expanding our presence in China – where we have offices in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Meanwhile, our Singapore-based India capital markets team, set up in January 2009, has gone from strength to strength. The location means that we are geographically close to India and accessible to the international investment banks, which base their India-related functions in Singapore or Hong Kong.
